DRUM TWISTER LAYING UP MACHINE

The Drum Twister machine is designed for Laying up of Power cables round, sectorial, preformed or straight. Telephone cables in groups with out limit to the number. The machine consist of 4 Rotating Pay Offs, trumpets for core guiding, sector sensing unit, rotating die holder, taping units, filler bobbin pay-offs flange diameter 630 DIN 46395 with shoe type brake, rotating caterpillar and a rotating take up. Reel Sizes upto 4000 mm flange , both on pay off and take up can be designed, with a maximum weight of 10-15 tons. Reel loading by hydraulic lift platform / mechanical.
